📌 Responsibilities

Call businesses and introduce ListroHub's business listing services.
Explain ListroHub features, benefits and available plans to business owners.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Help businesses create and update their listings.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Generate and follow up on new business leads.

Comfortable speaking with business owners over the phone

Responsibilities

all business owners and introduce ListroHub and its business listing services.
Explain listing plans, features, benefits, and promotional opportunities.
Generate new business leads through outbound calls.
Follow up with interested businesses and potential customers.
Assist businesses in creating, updating, and managing their ListroHub listings.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details.
Convert interested leads into registered/listed businesses.
Coordinate with the ListroHub team for customer requirements and support.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.

Requirements

Female candidates preferred
Qualification: B.A. / B.Com or equivalent

Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident and polite telephone communication
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Good convincing and interpersonal skills
